Well I could tell you the value of your rare coin if it is from the U.S. If you could list the date and mintmark of your coin. I collect u.s. coins and paper money. I've asked about a 1995 $2.00 bill here and I was told that it is only worth it's face value ($2.00) I'm guessing yours would only be worth face value too. I hope this helps answer your question.
